About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of Alpha Builders and work closely with project teams to keep everything on budget and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle invoicing, payments, and payroll processing
- Track project budgets and flag cost overruns early
- Ensure compliance with Nepal's tax and financial regulations
- Coordinate with project teams on procurement and expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Nepal's tax and compliance standards
