About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of daily construction activities on site. This role may require travel to project sites across different cities — all travel and accommodation is fully covered by Alpha Builders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
- Ensure work follows approved designs and safety standards
- Monitor daily progress and report to the Project Manager
- Identify and resolve on-site issues before they become delays
- Maintain site logs, progress reports, and material records
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 3+ years of hands-on site supervision experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and site regulations
- Comfortable with travel and working across different locations
- Experience on government or institutional projects is a plus
